During Monday-Friday, we try and respond the same day.
Please note that it is your responsibility to double-check your order before you hit submit, therefore, we are not responsible if an order gets sent out before we get a chance to see your email.

When can I expect my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
After that, it generally takes another 2-3 business days for shipping.
Tracking information will be sent via email when your order ships from our North Carolina Fulfillment facility.
